Using the help form
You can contact us using the help form. In the issue type menu, select the issue subject from one of the following:
- Uploading files
- Image editor
- Dataset manipulator
- Deployment
- Training
- Templates
- Billings
- Other
In the description field, enter a description of your problem or question. The message can be up to 600 characters long.
If you need more space, you can attach a file, available extensions are: txt, png, jpg, jpeg. Our mailbox accepts attachments up to 10 MB.
