# Using the Help form

You can also contact us using the help form. In the issue type menu, select the issue subject from one of the following:

• Report type
• Report type
• File transfer
• Editing a photo
• Manipulator
• Deployment
• Training
• Configuration templates
• Rental of the device
• Billings
• Other

In the description field, add a description of your problem or question. The message can be up to 600 characters long.

If you need more space, you can attach a file, either a PDF or a photo/video. Our mailbox accepts attachments up to 10 MB.
